Members of the public who wish to provide comments or opinions on a matter before the Library Board are called delegations.

View the meeting calendar to determine the meeting date you wish to delegate at.

Members of the public looking to provide a verbal delegation to the Board are required to register. To register, please fill out the Delegation Request form below. For more information please email board@pickeringlibrary.ca or refer to Section 3.10.5 of the PPL Board Bylaws.
