Pickering Public Library offers the following Technology Services:
- Printing, Scanning, Photocopying and Faxing
- Computer Internet Access
- Wi-Fi Internet Access
- Windows Laptops available for public use in-library
- Wireless Printing In-Library (Library Card Required)
- Maker Space at the Central Library
Wireless Printing: The Library provides Wireless Printing services at our Central and George Ashe locations. These services are designed to accommodate our clients' needs to print from their personal devices (laptops, phones, tablets, etc.). Apple devices such as iPhones and Macbooks can usually connect directly to the printer. Windows and Android devices will need to use Mobility Print (See Below). Upon sending a print job to the printer you will be asked to login with your Library Card number and barcode. You will then enter your Barcode into the Print Release Station to see the cost of your print job. With cash you can pay for your job directly into the co-op machine, for card you currently need to set up the service.

Click the button above and follow the instructions for your device. If the page doesn't load, make sure you're connected to the Library Wifi. You will be asked to sign in to your PaperCut account to use Mobility Print to submit your print job. Once submitted the document can be released from the Release Station by entering your username.
Printing and Photocopier costs:
Black and White Letter(8.5"x11")/Legal(8.5"x14") Printing: 10 cents per side
Colour Letter/Legal Printing: 50 cents per side
Black and White Tabloid(11"x17") Printing: 20 cents per side
Colour Tabloid Printing: $1.00 per side
Scanning costs:
Free!
Faxing costs:
Local Numbers: $1.00 for the first page + 50 cents for each additional page
Long Distance within North America: $2.00 for the first page + $1.00 for each additional page
International Numbers: $4.00 per page
