Prefer a paper copy of the survey? See Library staff at any Pickering Public Library location for a paper copy or to submit your completed paper survey. Completed paper surveys must be returned to the library by Friday, April 24.
All survey responses will be kept confidential and will be reproduced in summary form only.
What is a Facilities 10-Year Plan?
This new document will serve as a roadmap for the next 10 years, guiding how library buildings will be maintained, improved, and adapted to meet evolving needs of the local diverse and growing community.

How Feedback Plays a Role
Real lived experiences shared by the community help the Library better understand how the library is used daily and what enhancements need to be prioritized to optimize the facilities over the next 10 years.
Clients use the available services and spaces very differently. Consider your journey from entering the library to accessing the resources needed. Is it easy to find and walk to the items or spaces you use often? All feedback is valuable and it's important that diverse needs are heard.
