This document has a list of local organizations that may accept book donations. Please contact one of these organizations to see if they will accept your books.

General Questions
Yes, online donations through our secure site will be sent a receipt automatically. For donations made by mail or in-person, a tax receipt will be mailed for donations over $20.00

- Donate by mail.
Your donations to the Library help us to provide award-winning and valued programs and services to all residents of Pickering. The Library is vital to our community. We appreciate your financial support to ensure that the Library remains vital and that all Pickering residents will continue to benefit.

You can also support the Library by purchasing any of the limited quantity shop items, available at the Central Library. To see current items available, visit pickeringlibrary.ca/shop/, opens a new window. Proceeds for all purchases go towards enhancing library services and resources. At this time, unfortunately online purchasing is not available.
